We are EMT which stands for Evan, Michelle, and Tyra. All three of us are graduates of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, but we each have our own unique view on food and tips on the best way to create it. Evan is half-Jamaican and half-Panamanian, so he ties a lot of his cooking into his culture with a fusion of Latin and Caribbean food. Michelle is heavily inspired by Asian cuisines and after her studies in Singapore has not stopped recreating and experimenting with the dishes she saw there. Tyra is the only baker among the crew with her French pastry training and her Filipino culture, she creates delectable treats enjoyed by all.
